Rates for the 2009 summer season:
The last week of August and the entire months of September and October during the 2009 season are already booked.
Due to a cancellation the week of August 30 to September 6 during the 2008 season is still available. Also the weeks of October 18-25 and October 25 to November 1 during the 2008 season are still available.
In addition to the rent, a security deposit of $350 is required. Also, there is a Maine state sales tax of 7% of the rent.
Weekly rentals are always from Saturday to Saturday. All reservations require a pre-payment of one-half the total due (rent + sales tax + security deposit), to be paid when you return the lease agreement. The second half is due two weeks before the arrival date. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will send directions, phone numbers, instructions for picking up the keys, and so on. The security deposit will be returned one week to ten days after check-out.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday, or later. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on Saturday, or earlier. Please make payments by check or money order, payable to Donald or Doreen Zimmerman.
