Rates for the 2012 summer season:

• April 28 to May 25—$1150 per week
• May 26 to June 29—$1200 per week
• June 30 to July 27—$1700 per week
• July 28 to August 31—$1750 per week
• September 1 to September 28—$1200 per week
• September 29 to October 26—$1150 per week

As of February 5, the entire months of June, July, and August during the 2012 summer season are already booked. Weeks in May, September, and October are still available..

In addition to the rent, a security deposit of $350 is required. Also, there is a Maine state sales tax of 7% of the rent.

Weekly rentals are always from Saturday to Saturday. All reservations require a pre-payment of one-half the total due (rent + sales tax + security deposit), to be paid when you return the lease agreement. The second half is due three weeks before the arrival date. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will send directions, phone numbers, instructions for picking up the keys, and so on. The security deposit will be returned one week to ten days after check-out.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday, or later. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on Saturday, or earlier. Please make payments by check or money order, payable to Donald or Doreen Zimmerman.
