Rates for the 2010 summer season:

• May 1 to May 29—$1050 per week
• May 29 to June 26—$1100 per week
• June 26 to July 31—$1550 per week
• July 31 to August 28—$1600 per week
• August 28 to October 2—$1100 per week
• October 2 to October 30—$1050 per week

As of February 4, 2010, the following periods already have been booked: June 19 to June 26; July 17 to August 7; August 14 to August 28; and September 11 to October 9. The weeks before, between, and after these periods are still available.

In addition to the rent, a security deposit of $350 is required. Also, there is a Maine state sales tax of 7% of the rent.

Weekly rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday. All reservations require a pre-payment of one-half the total due (rent + sales tax + security deposit), to be paid when you return the lease agreement. The second half is due three weeks before the arrival date. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will send directions, phone numbers, instructions for picking up the keys, and so on. The security deposit will be returned one week to ten days after check-out.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday, or later. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on Saturday, or earlier. Please make payments by check or money order, payable to Donald or Doreen Zimmerman.
